Heel proper appartement en een mooie locatie.

− Het tweepersoonsbed is erg zacht, niet fijn. De slaapbank heeft een erg dun matras en is van slechte kwaliteit (kraakt en zakt door). Dat viel erg tegen.

Relativ neu, komplett saniertes bzw. renoviertes Haus des Anbieters mit mehreren Wohnungen, sehr zentral gelegen mit Parkmöglichkeiten an der groẞen Str. vor dem Haus. 2 getrennt regulierbare Klimageräte in den beiden Räumen, auch 2 Android Fernseher mit Apps wie YouTube etc.. Gutes Schlafsofa, kann samt Bettzeug mit einem Handgriff eingeklappt und dann als Sofa genutzt werden. Nespresso-Maschine mit 4 Kaffeekapseln.. Es gibt sogar Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett. Gute Einweisung durch das Personal. Insgesamt ist alles gut organisiert. Wir konnten statt um 10:00 um 11:00 auschecken.

− Nur Kleinigkeiten: Die Küchenausstattung ist eher sparsam, auch wenn man nicht kocht, Brotmesser und scharfes Gemüsemesser wären z.B. eine sinnvolle Ergänzung. Es gibt einen Balkon,, dessen Aufenthaltsqualität eher gering ist. Zwei Klappstühle stehen im Wohnzimmer, einen Tisch gibt es nicht dafür. Der Blick geht auf den mit Autos zugeparkten Hof. Die Hälfte der Verdunkelung direkt am Schlafsofa (Holzelement an der Balkontür) war nicht nutzbar, trotz längerer intensiver Versuche konnte die Position nicht geändert werden (die Arritierung war wohl verklemmt). Eigentlich war es sehr sauber, aber Badheizung, Türrahmen und ähnliche Stellen, die man nicht bei jeder Reinigung berücksichtigt, könnten mal wieder abgestaubt werden. Etwas hellhörig in Bezug auf benachbarte Wohnungen. Da es im Hinterhof liegt, aber keinen Straasenlärm. Man muss zum Büro in der Innenstadt bevor man in die Wohnung kann oder ein Videoidentifizierungs- Verfahren durchlaufen.
