Bad stay away
1.0− There are a few areas that would benefit from attention to improve the guest experience: The bath in my room had a leaking plug and was unable to hold water properly. The pillows were extremely hard and could do with being replaced. There was visible mould in the bathroom of my collegues room The stove in my collegues room was not working. The television in my room could not be operated properly, as the remote control would not change the channels. It would be a nice touch to provide a complimentary bottle of drinking water in each room. The water pressure was very low, making it difficult to shower comfortably. The toaster only toasted bread on one side and appears to need repair or replacement. The breakfast sausages were undercooked on the first morning. On the second morning, they were hard and dried out, giving the impression that they had been cooked the previous day and reheated. The amount of coffee prepared for breakfast was insufficient. Only half a pot was made each morning, which meant there was not enough coffee for guests who wanted more than one cup. We hope you will take this feedback in the constructive spirit in which it is intended. Addressing these points would greatly enhance the comfort and overall experience of future guests.
