9.0The host was very kind and helpful! She helped us with our transfer to and from the airport. The room got cleaned everyday with fresh water. The location is great opposite Cloud9 beach. Would recommend!
Absolutely excellent!
9.0Everything. The staff were so welcoming and kind, also very helpful. They helped us rent a bike to be dropped off and picked up at the bungalow. They cleaned our room daily and replaced towels (beach and shower) whenever we wanted to. The location was great, very easy to get to the centre of general Luna on our bike, but it was also in a good location for other parts of general Luna too. We had the hosts number so we could ask any questions we needed and this was so helpful. The room was great, very comfy. They also provided water daily and there was a fridge to keep this cold.
− The only tiny tiny thing we didn’t love, was that there was a bit of construction going on as they were renovating the reception. However, we were told this and the host was very apologetic. He told us it was meant to be a quick fix but it ended up being a bigger job than planned. This was all communicated to us and to be honest it didn’t affect our stay at all, we just would have liked to try the ramen they usually have there!
