− Staff was very rude and unprofessional even can't speak Thai or English and not wanna help through translation toilet was block for 2 days rooms and sofas smelly all nights dogs fighting screaming and toilets space very tights no one is reception all the time lady come my room before 12 without my permission and ask me for leave room I was with kids and even my app was showing 1 clock checkout time well it's not what they showing on pics this place is worst place I stay in my life
We didn’t stay. We left the same night we got there. Shortly after check in
1.0The place was NOT as advertised! The place was smelly and there were bugs on the wall. We tried asking the host if we could get out money back because of the false advertising and the state of the place but she was very unhelpful
