− น้ำอุ่นจะมีช่วงที่เครื่องทำให้อุ่นไม่ทันเป็นช่วงๆ ทำเลที่ตั้ง ต้องเข้าซอยลึก ถ้าไม่มีรถส่วนตัวจะลำบาก ไม่มีร้านค้า ร้านอาหารอยู่ใกล้เคียง
