Clearly the owners staff have no care or customer service skills.
1.0Location
− Room extremely small no room to open suite case tiny miniature sink and bathroom. As an fyi for others. The issue was the air conditioning had been broken prior yet to accommodation la made for us in the hot Lisbon. They stated it was full they told us not one room in Lisbon was available to move us too one with AC. They offered no rebate. We asked to speak the manager they gave us his mailing address no email. We lost sleep waiting for fan the. It came it was also broken.
i will never stay in this hotel again
