Irresponsible Staff and Bad Lighting in the Toilets

− When I first arrived, no one was there. I called the number listed on Booking, rang the doorbell, and even asked at the restaurant next door, but nobody knew anything, even though someone was supposed to be there to collect my luggage in exchange for a fee. In the end, they still charged me the full fee, even though I'd already been hit with a penalty by Uber because of the delay they caused. They entered my room without any prior notice, despite the door being locked. They had folded my clean clothes and placed them on top of my dirty suitcase, and moved my belongings around. The soundproofing was terrible, you could hear every noise. About once an hour, someone would mistakenly try to get into my room and turn the door handle. Maybe because they thought it was the toilet. The bathroom light switched off every minute, so it was impossible to shower or use the toilet properly, you had to stop midway and move around just to get it to turn back on. It was a real hassle. There were no slippers provided, so you had to walk around everywhere in your shoes.
