10.0The house owner / receptionist speaks English well. Very heart-warming attitude and open-minded.
− My room is on the 3rd floor, it was pretty hot during noon - afternoon time due to the sun shine directly into the room.
Veritable Nightmare

− This place is situated in a dangerous area on a dangerous road full of stray dogs and rubbish. It's adjacent various karaoke bars that make noise into the early hours of the morning, so don't expect to sleep well. The drains in their toilets smell like they have open vents so the rooms smells awful. The pillows are yellow with stains. It's miles away from central phnom pehn so not useful if that's where you want to be. They rent long term to undesirables. If I was you I would book accommodation closer to the city for the same money as the area this hotel is in isn't safe at all.
