4.0La camera si presenta pulita e ordinata, con impianto di raffreddamento efficace ed efficiente.
− Prima del nostro arrivo siamo stati chiamati al telefono e ci è stato richiesto di pagare con contanti per un apparente guasto al pos. L’asciuga capelli si blocca dopo circa 1 minuto dall’accensione. Alle 7 del mattino siamo stati svegliati di soprassalto dal proprietario che ha aperto all’improvviso la porta della nostra stanza per errore. Non essendo stati in grado, sul momento, di riconoscerlo, verso mezzogiorno lo abbiamo chiamato per segnalargli l’accaduto, pensando che potesse essere stato un errore di gestione delle prenotazioni o di un membro dello staff. Durante la chiamata, il proprietario si è palesato come la persona direttamente coinvolta scusandosi. Il fatto che, dopo l’accaduto, non ci sia stata la minima attenzione da parte sua nel rimediare all’errore o, quanto meno, nello scusarsi in prima persona, è stato davvero spiacevole e altamente non professionale. Al di là dello spavento ricevuto, riteniamo che questa situazione potesse essere stata gestita molto meglio dal proprietario.

− Essendo su una strada al mattino si sentono un po' le macchine. Le tende oscuranti non coprono del tutto la luce del mattino.
