− Le petit déjeuner, l’ambiance générale. C’est dommage car un peu d’effort sur l’aménagement serait un plus pour l’établissement.

9.0Room and facilities were spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly. Location was ok, not easy to access city centre on foot but metro was conveniently located and was nice to be near the Aura mall.
− Parking was difficult to find on the street. Immediate area was fairly busy. Had problem with the satellite tv channels on a couple of occasions but staff responded quickly. Price a little haughty for the location outside of the center.

9.0The room was excellent, clean, and spacious. The amenities were very modern. The support team responded quickly via WhatsApp and was understanding. We were slightly delayed in checking out because my daughter was sick, but they told me there was no problem.
− Despite contacting support via WhatsApp and being told it was okay to delay our departure, the cleaning lady wasn't friendly and rushed us. That was the only thing I didn't like; everything else was fine.
