Venedig und unsere Suite ein Erlebnis wert.
10.0Wir wurden sehr gut in Empfang genommen. Es war eine sehr gute Lage, direkt am Canal de Grande.Das Zimmer gut eingerichtet. Große Spiegel und Kleiderschrank auch vorhanden. Man hatte auch einen Vorraum mit einer Sitzecke, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschiene und das Zubehör dazu. Sogar eine Flasche Wein stand im Kühlschrank bereit mit Gläser.😊 Draußen eine kleine Terrasse mit Tisch und Sitzecke direkt am Wasser. Man konnte den ganzen Bootsverkehr auf dem Canal de Grande beobachten. Die Unterkunft gut verschlossen mit mehreren Eisentüren vom Eingang bis zur Suite. Was gut ist. Man konnte zu Fuß alles erlaufen oder mit der Wasserlinie fahren. Restaurants überall um die Ecke. Venedig immer wieder eine Reise wert.
− Mit dem Fernseher waren wir nicht so zufrieden. Haufen Kabel hinten dran, wo man sich erstmal zurechtfinden musste. Aber der Fernseher ist ja nur mal Abends kurz zum schauen, ansonsten ist man ja in der wunderschönen alten Stadt.

10.0Die Lage ist einzigartig. Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der kleinen Terrasse gefrühstückt und Abends der letzte Absacker auch. Altes Gebäude mit viel Charme.

Location great facility needs some maintenance and a good clean, and sewage problem sorted to target “honeymoon” stay

− Property was quite dirty with dust and musky smell, raw sewage smell was quite hard to be around had to have windows open most of the time
Sehr schöne Lage am Canale Grande
9.0Die Lage der Terrasse direkt am Canale Grande ist schon einmalig. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Als Begrüßung gab es eine kostenlose Flasche Prosecco. Viele Restaurants und auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sind direkt in der Nähe. Croissants u.ä. bekommt man in einer Bar am Campo S. Stefano, Kaffee kann man sich selber kochen. Aufpassen: Unbeobachtete Speisen auf der Terrasse werden sofort von Möwen geklaut!
− Zimmer und Bad sind etwas eng, aber die Terrasse am Kanal entschädigt für vieles.
