10.0Hermoso alojamiento, muy comodo. Tenés a unas cuadras la estación de tren que te deja en el centro. Barrio muy tranquilo. Muy amable el personal.

9.0La décoration de l hotel et des chambres plonge bien dans la visite culturelle de Florence. Le personnel attentionné et accueillant. La chambre est grande avec une grande salle de bain. La salle commune avec le café pour les petites pauses.

9.0Great location, only one stop away from central station. Communal kitchen area great with coffee. Cleanliness spotless, double bed very big. Tiz was exceptional, accommodated us being late and the perfect host! Also offered to store our bags!

disappointing due to weak wifi, no hot water, noisy, mosquitoes
2.0The staff were nice and helpful.
− The Wifi is very weak. it kept getting disconnected for a simple thing like Instagram. The shower does not give warm water at all. Mosquitos were common, had to kill a bunch of them. The noise from upstairs and other rooms is too loud, every time anyone opened or closed a door I heard it. There is a weird smell in the whole facility in general. They claimed that this is a guesthouse and not a hotel so the quality is not as good as a hotel, fair enough, I understand that but then the price was too high for what was offered.
