Habitación aceptable, pero el servicio necesita mejorar
5.0Hubo un problema con nuestra habitación y nos ubicaron en otra residencia que también estaba bastante céntrica. Además, tuvimos que enviar una maleta y nos la recepcionaron sin problema y nos la dejaron en la habitación.
− Cuando nos comunicaron el cambio de residencia no dijeron que se llamaba Santa Ana, pero no nos enviaron la dirección, por lo que el Maps nos envió a la otra punta de la ciudad. Luego las indicaciones de acceso no eran claras y nos costó mucho acceder a la habitación. Por los inconvenientes, nos dieron desayuno gratis todos los día (pero todos los días tuvimos que reclamarlo porque se olvidaban, no estaba registrado y otras excusas) y una botella de vino, que nunca llegamos a recibir. Creo que las intenciones del personal eran buenas, porque intentaron ser muy amables y ponernos facilidades. Pero la ejecución... necesita mejorar.
