Basic accommodation in great location
9.0Great communication from staff. Room is nothing special but fine for a city break where we are just there to sleep and shower. Great views from the rooftop terrace. Good location with 5-10 walk of train station and very central for all attractions
− Air conditioning and fan are quite noisy which could make sleeping difficult. Room was quite small but suited our needs fine.

10.0El lugar esta muy prolijo y por sobre todo, bien ubicado tanto para recorrer la ciudad como para llegar desde el aeropuerto. La atención del anfitrion y su recepcion al llegar al lugar es un punto a valorar. Los días fueron calurosos, pero la habitación contaba con AC. Por ultimo, destaco la terraza y su uso.

10.0I want to say this is the best host I've encountered since my trip to Italy. His name is Ugo Cozza, and while we were on our honeymoon in Florence, my wife and I enjoyed the most convenient accommodation service ever! The place was clean and perfectly located—right across from the central market, where you can grab a delicious tripe sandwich just steps away. It was simply unbeatable. Of course, all of this wouldn't have been possible without Ugo's thoughtful care. When I was leaving, I needed to store my luggage, and Ugo kindly offered free storage space, all while diligently working and still making sure to assist guests. If I ever return or if my friends come visiting, I'll definitely reach out to Ugo first for any needs or questions.
