8.0방 상태가 매우 깨끗하고 매트리스가 잠이 잘 왔음. 위치 너무 좋고 테라스 있어서 바다 풍경 보기도 좋음. 계단 많은 건 미리 알고 와서 가방도 크지 않았음. 주변에 레스토랑 많고 무인체크인 가능함
− 샤워부스가 특이하게 문이 없고 뚫려있어서 물이 튀지 않게 조심해야했음. 창문을 열어놓으면 기차 지나가는 소리가 들리지만 닫으면 방음 되어서 상관 없었음

1.0− Nem jutottam be a szállásra. A szállásadó nem küldte el e bejutáshoz szükséges kódot, így nem tudtam bemenni a házba. Bár a szállás díját előre levonta tőlem a Booking.com. Kerestem az olsz szállásadót, de senki nem vette fel a telefont - üzenetrögzítő volt és másnapi kapcsolatot ígért. Ezt követően hívtam a Booking ügyfélszolgálatot, és 30 percen belüli segítséget ígértek - ez nem valósult meg. Senki nem hívott vissza. Többször is megpróbáltam hívni az ügyfélszolgálatot, de magyar nyelvű operátor már nem volt, az angol nyelven beszélő operátor pedig nem intézett el semmit. Így magam kerestem másik szállást. Kérem térítsék vissza a foglalási díjat, mert azt napokkal előtte levonták tőlem, és én nem mondtam le a szállásfoglalásomat

− Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, ein Mann der es reparieren oder es sich anschauen sollte konnte leider nicht kommen deshalb sind wir in der Nacht wirklich komplett eingegangen. Es wurde jedoch eine entschädigung gezahlt.

5.0− Our stay at Fiordarancio Room Rentals was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was the access to the rooms. While the listing includes photos of the stairs, that is nowhere near enough to understand what you're actually facing. There are roughly 300 steep steps to reach the property, and it feels like climbing a mountain every time you come back. This should be stated clearly in the description, not left for guests to figure out from a few photos. Arriving with luggage was exhausting, and going up and down those stairs several times a day made the stay far less enjoyable. Unless you're in excellent physical condition and don't mind a long, steep climb every day, I would not recommend staying here.

− I know it says on the booking that there are stairs but the stairs are big and steep also there were bugs in our room to be exact there are 126 stairs and if you’re with suitcases it’s very hard and also in the hot weather

8.0La posizione era molto comoda per raggiungere la spiaggia, silenziosa e con molta privacy. La camera era pulita e dotata dei comfort essenziali.
− Nonostante l'ottima posizione bisognerebbe specificare nella presentazione, anche per persone più anziane o disabili, la presenza di 126 gradini, poco illuminati la sera, e ripidi. Lo staff sarebbe potuto essere più presente durante la fase di check in.
