− The curtains were very dusty. Dead mosquitoes full of blood on the walls. Double municipal tax without payment receipt.

4.0Frukost nära området var acceptabel, det berorpå hur mycket, man kan betala.
− Hotel rummet, vägen var full av myggrester full med blod. Under sängen var gamla skräp. Området var underbart, men städningen av Hotel blev en stor besvikelse.

Un emplacement génial mais au prix fort et sans la qualité qui va avec
5.0L'emplacement est génial, au coeur de Venise. Difficile de faire mieux. Le ménage était également bien fait. La décoration de la chambre est complétement rétro mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé et donne même un côté authentique.
− Plusieurs choses étaient cassés : un pied de lampe, le cadre de l'un des lits; le sommier du 2eme petit lit était trop petit, la literie n'est usée. Il manquait le sèche cheveux, et nous avons eu des problèmes de fuites d'eau dans la SDB. Si le prix de la chambre au vue de sa situation géographique pourrait se justifier les points négatifs sont à ce jour trop nombreux. Un dernier point : le bruit. Comme il n'y a pas de personnel d'accueil, les clients vont et viennent à leur guise parlant fort à tout heure et claquant les portes sans respect pour les autres clients.
