− Da recepção,quando cheguei a recepcionista n.estava e o menino m.simpatico nos atendeu mas o quarto q.era o ser nosso n.estava limpo daí nos colocou em outro e ficou tudo bm.

− A limpeza do quarto deixou a desejar, somente a cada 2 dias. Toalhas encardidas, roupas de cama amarrotadas. Ducha do chuveiro fraca, não forneceu shampoo.
