Disappointing
1.0On arrival get to know by our taxi chauffeur arranged by the banana house on request, that we are being taken to another cottage( hotel did not inform us about this change in advance) . The substitute hotel was low standard and dirty , nothing close to banana house. Reason was overbooking. We resisted and complained. Initially they wanted us to just cancel our booking and find a new accommodation at last minute. But on heated discussion they accepted their fault and arranged our 2 nights in 2 different cottages nearby, one without breakfast. And arranged the transport. It was an unpleasant uncomfortable and time consuming process.

10.0We spent a lovely week at the Banana House. The location is really central, the rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with e everything you need. The breakfast is very good, served directly to your little balcony. The host is an amazing woman, always there to help you, we really felt at home. Terima Kasih ❤️

Perfect stay on Nusa Penida!
10.0The room was very clean, the AC works perfectly, there is running hot water and the WIFI works great. And in addition, Novi from the staff is absolutely amazing, takes care of everything and is very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. We can 100% recommend staying here - one of our best stays ☺️

8.0Water supply would just stop randomly in the middle of a shower. Cabinet doors very difficult to open. Otherwise all good
