9.0Die ehemalige Villa hat im EG stilvoll eingerichtete Gemeinschaftszimmer. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Ohne mitten im Trubel zu sein, lassen sich die Fußgängerzone und der Hausberg in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichen.

7.0Zimmer sehr klein. Für 2Personen nur ein Stuhl und ganz kleiner Tisch. Schrank war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Frühstück guter Durchschnitt.Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden.
