8.0The location is good, close to the mall so perfect for a staycation. The room was clean and so were the other facilities (except dishcloths). The staff were very nice especially to my 2 year old who ran all over the place. The pool was never too cold, even at night. A beautiful quiet area.

− The room was dirty, when serviced the next day no proper cleaning of the bathroom and did not replenish toiletpaper. Dust was not cleaned and bins not emptied. When we went to the front desk to obtain the WiFi password which did not work, the reception guy was lying on his chair with his bare feet on the table. Not very presentable and very unprofessional. Did not receive any information on breakfast or what we were allowed so had no breakfast on either of the two mornings. Did not answer my message sent through Booking.com. Dstv channels dissapointed us as it was purely sabc channels, kyknet and two other channels. Had to watch sport channels on our phones.
