Lo staff accogliente e disponibile

− La distanza fra la reception e la struttura dislocata a circa 400 mt ,porta del bagno non si chiudeva e rumorosa, affacciandosi dalla finestra della camera sporcizia a non finire, vista squallida dentro un lucernario sporchissimo. Lavandino bagno mignon così come la doccia... La vendono per camera deluxe.....ma non è neanche una standard!!

De kamers worden dagelijks schoongemaakt, de handdoeken worden vervangen en het personeel is behulpzaam .

− Helaas was de douche kapot en was er ook schimmel, die na melding werd verwijderd. Dat vonden we niet zo erg, maar het zwembad en de eetzaal waar het ontbijt wordt geserveerd, liggen 200 meter verderop in een ander hotel dat tot dezelfde keten behoort. Jammer dat dit niet in de hotelbeschrijving stond; we kwamen er pas achter nadat we de reservering hadden gemaakt.

The location

− The air conditioning. The rest of it was very poor we stayed two yrs ago it was great. The standard has gone down hill dramatically. The under bedding was stained the pillow protectors were stained and not changed the bedding was ripped and holes in. The bathroom was filthy black mould around the shower inside and out. I even got my towel and cleaned some black off the shower on the outside. The bin was rusty. The toilet brush hadn’t been polished in months. The side of dressing table has never been cleaned hair cotton buds plastic bags dust. The balcony had not been cleaned this year. No table or chairs on balcony. No spoons to make a coffee kettle was faulty. The floor was dirty under the sofa bed that we didn’t need out and there were plaster papers under there. Along with hair and dust. The sofa Protector had yellow stains on it. Just shocking cleaning standards. Same bedding for 7 days which normally gets changed every 4 days in other places we’ve stayed. Very disappointed with room. Also cracked mirror and wiped with wet cloth.

Polecam. Fajny nieduży hotel. Super stosunek jakości do ceny.

Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra - blisko przystanki autobusowe, do dworca tez niedaleko, Śniadania bardzo dobre, (pomimo tego że codziennie było to samo :-) Personel bardzo dbał o uzupełnianie bufetu. Codziennie świeże ciasto i owoce. W pokoju miłym akcentem było codzienne uzupełnianie kawy i herbaty. Personel prawie niewidoczny w obiekcie co jest dużą zaletą. Dostaliśmy duży pokój z widokiem na zatokę - piękne widoki wieczorem i w ciągu dnia.

− Śniadania były w hotelu głównym ale to żaden problem, gdyż był to świadomy wybór przy rezerwacji.

Belle camere pulite e spaziose, con balcone, vicino al Centro. Personale dell'hotel vicino che si occupa della reception e prima colazione, educato, disponibile e sorridente.

− Colazione nell'Hotel e non nella struttura. Climatizzazione non regolabile dalla camera che ha creato problemi la notte.

Good value for money, great room, not the best food or facilities

The room was larger than expected. There were on-site staff as it is administered from a sister hotel a short walk away, but the cleaner based in the building was very pleasant and helpful.

− It was a bit of a walk for breakfast. The breakfast itself was fairly average, and the pool facilities were tired.
