This was a birthday gift for my frien and didn’t have enough money to go elsewhere so had to endure the
5.0Room clean and spacious plenty of places for clothes near everything
− Garden gate broken steps down to room steep and dangerous no banister for safety bins outside facing window garden so overgrown with alcohol bottles and cans to toilet door as it’s open plan which I didn’t want to see my friend going to toilet or showering so had to stand outside no heating at night spoke to person and was told it only come on if it drops to under 20 took photo it was 13 one day and second 15 never address that there was no toilet door very poor response mattress disgusting as looks like a lot of bed wetting as I’ve said took photos of everything worked place I’ve ever been in never again

− Problem with access had to phone owner who was in Glasgow. TV not working. Was told to go to no3 but TV wasn't working there either. Spent a long night.
After travelling 5 hours, unexpected delay to gain access wasn’t good
4.0On Arrival, we had issues getting into our room ( no key in safe), rang whoever was responsible, and he was obviously blatantly drunk, and couldn’t understand our predicament, eventually after 1 hour of waiting, somehow he turned up and we transferred to another room. Considering his state of intoxication, he was very pleasant and did apologise for the inconvenience
− Situated on corner, noisy traffic, no door between bedroom and bathroom
