10.0La situation , dans un beau quartier. L’accueil très familial. L’immeuble par lui même est superbe, un ascenseur presque centenaire dans un excellent état. Tout l’hostal est hyper propre et les chambres refaites à neuf.

5.0Housekept by a joyful lady and her mother (I guess). It's located in the heart of Barcelona, right on a very prestigious boulevard, too. You won't be let down by the location, you can be sure of it. The building is old, and authentic. Has a historical elevator, which is a delightful experience. Albeit, a little intimidating lol. AC worked fine. No need to complain about the prices, I guess. Barcelona is just expensive, so, fair.
− Unfortunately, the room service wasn't the best. I found my shoes yanked under the bed, twice. Found hair and dust on the cover sheets. The under sheets might have been clean, sure. But if it comes into contact with something I perceive as not, I want them changed, regardless. And don't want to explain my preferences. They should be changed everyday unless it's stated otherwise by the guest, anyway. No questions asked. This is the only thing that's bothered me. They keys... I understand it's either a security concern or maybe just a policy set by the keepers but it sure is kind of unpleasant. I want to come in and out of the hotel without being worried about what time it is and whether I'm annoying the receptionist. Because I sometimes do go in an out of the hotel 3 to 4 times within a 30 minute interval, it's happened before. Maybe changing to a card system would be better for all? Just a suggestion.
