1.0Нищо не ми хареса, защото не ни пуснаха в апартамента.
− Пристигнахме в хотела в деня на резервацията, но нямаше никой. Свързахме се със собственичката по телефона, която ни каза, че всъщност нямаме резервация, защото тя има „специални условия“. Условията са, че „единствените разрешени престои трябва да са по-дълги от три дни“ и че „трябваше да направим резервацията си три дни предварително“. След това ни каза, че не можем да отседнем в в хотела, въпреки че резервацията ни вече беше потвърдена. Освен това, тя не се свърза с нас, за да ни информира за „специалните ѝ условия“, преди да пристигнем и никъде в обявата не бяха упоменати. Един път не се извини за неудобството. На всичкото отгоре написа като причина за анулирането, че не сме се явили. И следователно щяхме да дължим 50 евро такса за анулиране. Много непрофесионално, неприемливо и абсурдно!
