3.0Niente non vedevo l'ora di andarmene e finisca le 3 notti prenotate.
− Che sotto la struttura, tutti questi giorni, c'erano il raduno di africani che bevevano sul marciapiede , creando una atmosfera di paura.

8.0Janelas amplas com bastante luminosidade, coleta seletiva de lixo reciclável e cama .juro confortável.
− Sinal de wi-fi intermitente, cortinas eram finas e não deixavam o ambiente escuro insuficiente para dormir. Além disso, o elevador não deixa exatamente no andar, então se você está com malas pesadas vai precisar usar escadas também.

6.0La struttura è molto comoda da raggiungere a piedi dalla stazione e a qualche minuto a piedi dal centro città. La signora Elena molto gentile e sempre pronta ad esserci. Anche il check-in e checkout sono stati facili.
− Essendo vicino stazione centrale e al centro città i rumori durante la notte sono parecchi. Altra cosa per il riposo è l'impossibilità di avere la stanza totalmente buia mentre dormi, causa persiane. Potrebbero essere piccolezze, ne sono consapevole. Personalmente, abitando in un paese di montagna sono abituato a dormire completamente al buio e senza rumori. Per uno come me non è stato un riposo eccellente.

− In 4 pernottamenti, non abbiamo avuto il cambio degli asciugamani, non abbiamo trovato saponetta per le mani e né i saponi per la doccia.

9.0Nagyon szép fürdőszoba, a szoba is teljesen rendben volt. Az elhelyezkedés is nagyon jó, közel a vonatállomáshoz.
− Maga La spezia, sokan dícsérték, de nekünk egyáltalán nem tetszett. Nem gondolnám hogy közveszélyes környék lenne, de nem nagyon kell kimenenni az utcára egyedül napközben sem.
