10.0Apartament mare cu terasă imensă, foarte curat. Personalul a fost primitor. Curtea și terasa de la parter au atmosfera plăcută. Mulțumim foarte mult!

5.0Понравился ресторан отеля, вкусная еда, хорошие вина, обслуживание. Отель с большим потенциалом. Хорошее расположение. Своя парковка. Просторный номер с маленькой кухней и огромной террасой.
− Такого отрицательного опыта у нас не было за многие годы путешествий. Забронированный номер оказался занят, хотя бронировался очень заранее. Объяснено было сменой хозяев отеля. Не считаю это приемлемым. Заказанный номер был на четверых взрослых, двухкомнатный. Предоставили номер для двоих однокомнатный, принесли третью кровать. Но это просто случайность, что четвёртого гостя с нами не было, и куда его надо было селить, если бы он был? Дальше - хуже. За свою ошибку был обещан бесплатный завтрак. Утром в 8 спустившись вниз на рецепцию, мы не нашли вообще никого. Пустой отель как в детективных фильмах. Поиски по территории, звонки по номеру отеля, который указан в Booking.com без ответа. Вороты закрыты, они открываются по коду, которого у нас не было. Так в нервах и голодные мы метались по отелю и территории, пока не пришёл персонал ресторана в 12 часов. Они кому-то позвонили, рассчитали нас и открыли нам ворота. Это просто немыслимо! Отобрать у нас четыре часа от времени пути и нервы! Работники ресторана сказали, что девушки с рецепции стало плохо. Всё бывает, можно понять, но почему не отвечает номер телефона отеля?! Как такая ситуация в запертом отеле возможна?! Отвратительное управление. Позор хозяевам. Нам не принесли никаких извинений.

10.0Great location in the centre of Braila in a historical house with big rooms and very clean! They also have a restaurant in the same location so it is very convenient to stay here. We loved the terrace with the big trees and the pond with exotic fish is a very interesting touch! Service is polite and welcoming, especially miss Angelica that helped us with everything we needed.

10.0O cameră plăcută liniștită foarte curată personalul foarte amabil doamna de serviciu de nota 10 locația super la restaurant bucate de care vrei foarte gustoase de 5 ani ne cazăm la aceeași locație nu avem de gind să schimbăm ne-am simțit ca acasă

10.0Amplasat aproape de faleza, potrivit pentru plimbare. Am servit cina la restaurantul locatiei, iar prin amabilitatea dnei. Angelica si micul dejun.
