A place I will never forget. FOR ALL THE WRONG REASONS

− Absolutely appalling experience. Try to avoid this place at all costs, The rooms don't look like the photos, phone number provided is fake and the owner is just an aggressive man who shouldn't be doing this job at all. We weren't able to check in on the first night due to him not answering the door or phone, I was extremely tired after a long road trip and needed rest, so we just went to another place, but I wasn't angry, I just wanted to stay there the second night we already booked, after receiving a few unnecessarily rude messages from the owner, we agreed that we'll come the next day at noon. However, right before noon, he cancelled our reservation completely and proceeded to act absolutely crazy about it. Never have I ever seen such terrible and simply behaviour anywhere else in Bali. And he's still threatening me days later about something? Because I tried to receive a refund? Booking did not give me a refund and I literally cried after being treated by a stranger this way. Maybe there are drugs involved?

Well, what a superb and amazing Villa, with just the most amazing views !!!!!!. Of all the places I visited in Bali this was the best, I loved Lovina as it felt untouched and a more natural Bali than everywhere else I visited. The Villa itself is stunning, I felt at home, very relaxing, a superb infinity pool, nice and peaceful. The accomodation and room was the best that I came across, a very comfortable bed, large room with air conditioning, wifi, and breakfast was amazing !!. The best bit I have left until last and that is the owner Arya, who is the most amazing and friendly person I have ever met, he offered so much help and advice, I was made to feel at home and that is something that is very important when travelling. I loved it so much that I am going to go back again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The owner was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for him. He went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect even taking me around the locality on his ots scooter and the local attractions.

Villanya bagus bersih kamarnya bagus all okey suka bgt

− entah staff atau yg katanya owner terlalu mengatur tamu dari tidak boleh memakai kolam berenang 9org kena charge lah,terus tidak boleh menghidupakan ac ketika diluar dan kita selalu diawasi tidak diberi kebebasan meraktifitas.
