− Staff completamente assente, ho mandato una richiesta via messaggio di avere un cambio asciugamani (soggiornavo 4 notti) e mi è stata negata, camera piccola e odore non piacevole, abbiamo dovuto tenere sempre aperta la finestra. Aria condizionata non funzionante.

3.0− They gave me the wrong room and the a/c didn't work. The room wasn't very well kept... it was clean enough, but it's in dire need of some renovations or new decor.
Çok kötüydü ve maalesef konferans sırasında çok zor durumda kaldım.
1.0− Catolica Üniversitesinde konferansa katılmak için gittim ve konuk evi üniversitenin hemen yakınında olduğu için burayı tercih ettim fakat sadece 1 gece konakladım, klima ve sifon çalışmıyordu bildirdim ama kısa sürede halledemeyeceklerini söylediler bu sebeple başka otele geçtim, para iademi yapacaklarını söylediler günlerdir para iademi bekliyorum ve hala yapılmadı, en kısa sürede para iademi rica ediyorum. Aksi takdirde gerekli mercilere her türlü şikayetimi yapacağım.

6.0La struttura e' carina e ben arredata.
− Avevo riservato con largo anticipo una camera King Deluxe ed al mio arrivo mi é stata assegnata una camera standard molto piccola. Dopo aver contattato la struttura per segnalare il disguido scopro che la camera non era stata preparata. Quindi ho dovuto passare la notte nella camera sbagliata. Il giorno successivo ho rimesso le valige nell' auto ed aspettavo notizie dalla struttura che invece non mi ha fatto sapere nulla anche se ho chiamato e lasciato un messaggio. Alle 14 ho dovuto mettermi in contatto con Booking A PAGAMENTO perché non esiste un numero di assistenza spagnolo. Quindi mi hanno finalmente comunicato che la camera era pronta. Nonostante la promessa di una compensazione , che hanno inviato tramite Booking alle 3 del mattino per email con un tempo limitato per rispondere e che non ho potuto visualizzare perché scaduta, ad oggi non ho ricevuto nessuna notizia né da Booking né tantomeno dalla struttura. Il personale non sa gestire minimamente il cliente . Zero professionalità. Per quanto riguarda Booking eviterò in futuro di prenotare hotel e quant'altro visto che l assistenza e la risoluzione del problema e' stata ridicola.
