1.0La atención de la chica que tienen allí para atenderte, Crina. Porque no es un hotel al uso, son solo habitaciones. No hay nadie que te pueda atender excepto ella que solo esta para limpiar y ayudarte si tienes algún problema. Pero solo ella, hablas con "el dueño" o "responsable", por teléfono.
− La primera noche me pico algo, no sabia bien que era. Llegue por la noche y al despertar, me picaban mucho los brazos y vi que las ventanas estaban MUY sucias, se oyen tanto los trenes que te despiertan mil veces. Me cambiaron de habitación. Y esa segunda noche, me desperté para ir al servicio, y me encontré una araña enorme que ya no me dejo dormir. Me fije y también las ventanas estaban muy sucias, manchas por la habitación, la cama muy dura, la mesita de noche estropeada, y avise al responsable y ni me contestó. No dormí nada, entre los picores de la primera noche, la araña de la segunda noche y los ruidos de los trenes.....Tengo videos del sonido y de la habitación pero no me dejan subirlos.
Over priced and sold as double
4.0The location was great, 10 minutes walk to Victoria Station.
− Supposed to be a double room for 2 people, the bed was not a double bed. The room was tiny. Not able to keep windows open at night due to security but did have a fan, which could have been more powerful considering. The showe try fills up as soon as you have a shower. Very outdated. Way over priced for what you get. Was uncomfortable and cramped and hot.
