Great budget accom, with pool, close to the airport, cafes, restaurants & shops
7.0This was our 3rd stay at Jepun Segara. The first time was great. The 2nd time our room wasn't ready, and we had to hang around for a bit. The 3rd time our room was far from ready, well after the 2pm check in time, apparently due to a previous guest's late check out, so we left our luggage behind, and occupied ourselves for the next 30 mins. The rooms are great value for money, the pool is very clean & refreshing, and the venue is close to just about everything you'd need. We will continue to return, in particular, because it's a great place to stay for a late night flight, close to the airport, eateries and shops.

9.0La habitación muy limpia. Tiene una piscina pequeña que cumple perfectamente su función. Nos dejaron hacer el checkin antes de tiempo lo cual agradecimos mucho! Que pena que no pudimos disfrutar mucho, solo unas horas. Perfecto para coger tu vuelo porque estás a 10 minutos andando del aeropuerto.

1.0Como aspecto positivo, el colchón y la almohada eran cómodos, y fue lo único que hizo que pudiéramos descansar unas horas.
− No puedo entender cómo este alojamiento tiene una puntuación de 8,5. Lo mejor de nuestra estancia fue que solo estuvimos allí unas horas. Llegamos de madrugada, alrededor de las 00:45, y no teníamos otra opción que quedarnos a dormir. De lo contrario, nos habríamos ido a otro sitio. Tampoco presentamos una queja en recepción porque, a esas horas, solo queríamos descansar. La habitación estaba muy descuidada. Las sábanas y la almohada tenían manchas negras, la habitación estaba llena de polvo (al abrir las cortinas cayó una gran cantidad), y daba la sensación de que no se limpiaba desde hacía bastante tiempo. El cenicero de la terraza seguía lleno de colillas de los huéspedes anteriores. El baño fue, sin duda, lo peor. Olía muchísimo a desagüe, hasta el punto de que teníamos que mantener la puerta cerrada constantemente porque entrar resultaba muy desagradable. Además, tanto el desagüe de la ducha como el del lavabo estaban atascados, el agua no tragaba y terminaba acumulándose e inundando el suelo. Para colmo, la ducha apenas tenía presión: salían unos pocos hilos de agua y en distintas direcciones, por lo que ducharse era prácticamente imposible. Entiendo que pagamos solo 16 € por una noche, pero incluso teniendo eso en cuenta, el estado del alojamiento es difícil de justificar. Sinceramente, la relación calidad-precio me pareció muy mala y no entiendo cómo puede tener una valoración tan alta.
Handy for flights
9.0Quiet at night despite being close to a thoroughfare. Strong air con and decent bed with comfortable pillows. Proper hot shower. Balcony overlooking courtyard and pool. Accommodated my late check out. Really appreciated that when my flight was delayed, they allowed me to extend my late check out. Handy to have a kettle in the room. Easy walk to airport, Pantai German and Kuta Boardwalk.
− The doors are heavy and sound like they are being slammed when being closed. This might only be a concern if another guest is leaving very early or arriving quite late and you're a light sleeper.

− It was a back ally and the rooms were tiny, dirty and hot. Felt like you were in a back room.
