1.0− Un desastre. Me confirmaron la disponibilidad cuando realicé el pago. Y unas horas antes de check-in me mandaron un mensaje que me hospedaban en otro lugar. Yo pagué por un hospedaje de booking catalogado como "Muy bien"y 8.0 y me alojaron en uno catalogado: "Agradable" 6.6. Además, la dirección no tenía el numero de puerta, con lo que me costó encontrarla.

− Tuvieron un problema con mi reserva me avisaron el mismo día unas horas antes del check in que me habían conseguido otro alojamiento a unas cuadras. Este segundo alojamiento no cumplió con las expectativas

− Impossible to find the front door! The hotel know this, so they deal with it by ringing you shortly before your indicated check in time to explain how to find it. The problem is, I do not speak Spanish and I do not take incoming calls to my mobile from Spanish telephone numbers.

1.0− Hicimos la reserva por la mañana y llegamos a las 14:00 y en la puerta nos dijeron que se tenía que cancelar la reserva por un problema interno. Tardaron en devolvernos el dinero casi una semana.
