Excellent accommodation, no frills in great location accessible to U-Bahn & trams, near Prenzlberg
9.0Very basic but modern, clean, tasteful lodging with shared bathroom/showers and kitchen. Perfect for longer stays. No families/children.
− Automatic lighting on stairways at night was very slow to turn on. Would be best when 2 people staying to offer 2 keys, 2 blankets etc.
Goedkoop adres voor wie toch een schone eigen kamer wil en niet al te veeleisend is.
8.0Eenvoudige maar wel hele schone kamers met gedeelde faciliteiten (douche/bad/wc) maar tegen ongekend lage prijs. Geen personeel: inchecken dmv een deurcode die je via de app krijgt toegestuurd. Het was er schoon en de ligging tov OV (U-bahn en S-bahn) is heel gunstig. De éénpersoonskamers liggen aan een tamelijk rustige straat. De tweepersoonskamers liggen aan de achterzijde waar je mogelijk het verkeer van de Bernauer Strasse kunt horen.
− De kamers zijn vrij gehorig. Je hoort de buren hoesten, niezen en telefoneren. Geen faciliteiten (TV, koffievoorziening) op de kamer. Om de hoek zitten wel een bakkerij/koffietentje voor ontbijt. Geen airco of verblijfruimte (muv balkonnetje). Alleen bedoeld voor een overnachting zonder veel poespas of eisen, en dat kan hier prima.

− Le balcon étant commun à plusieurs chambres, des personnes séjournant dans d'autres chambres passaient devant ma chambre et potentiellement pouvaient même accéder à ma chambre si la porte du balcon était ouverte.
