8.0- Gute Verkehrsanbindung mit öffentlichem Nahverkehr - Schöne Lage am Stadtrand - Internet funktionierte einwandfrei - Ausstattung der Küche - Vermieterin hatte mich einige schriftliche Aufzeichnungen, die ich in der Unterkunft vergessen hatte, auf Bitte nachversendet
− - Die Zimmer im Erdgeschoss waren äußerst hellhörig. Gäste über mir quatschten an den ersten beiden Tagen (Mi-Fr) von 20.00 Uhr - 23.00 Uhr drei Stunden lang per Skype-Telefon, was trotz Oro-Pax äußerst störend war. Ich bin dann notgedrungen 1,5 Stunden draußen spazieren gegangen, bei Rückkehr um 23.00 Uhr habe ich dann den Störer auf die Nachtruhe hinweisen müssen. Am nächsten Abend hat er - immerhin - von sich aus um 22.00 Uhr Schluss mit Ferngesprächen gemacht, am dritten Tag war er weg... - Ich war im Jahr davor (2025) bereits hier und hatte 2025 die Unterkunft mit 10,0 bewertet. Allerdings war ich damals auch alleine im Haus. Mit anderen Gästen Im Haus relativiert sich das Ganze aufgrund der Hellhörigkeit etwas. Trotzdem insgesamt ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
