10.0A estadia no Hostel Raíz foi muito boa. Ambiente aconchegante, confortável e uma boa base, por conta de sua localização, para as aventuras pelos arredores da cidade. O Hostel conta com uma vista privilegiada para o Vulcão Villarica (ou Rukapillan, como dizem os povos originais da região). Edu é um excelente anfitrião: divertido, solícito e sempre disposto a ajudar. Don Raíz (o gato gordo) é uma peça a parte, super fofo mas ao mesmo tempo imponente, sempre vigiando a casa!

10.0Instalaciones colchón cómodo , buena ropa de cama ,limpieza en habitaciones y espacios comunes. Pero sobre todo destacó la atención de Eduardo y Álvaro ,siempre con buena disposición entregando un servicio de calidad ,nos hicieron sentir como en casa fuego en las tardes en la chimenea o en la estufa . Gran ambiente y buena atención

− Que el baño de arriba tiene un problema con el agua (queda corriendo) y hay que estar cortando el paso.
