8.0Sehr schön ruhig und sehr nettes Personal. Alle anfallenden Wünsche wurden telefonisch und vor Ort geklärt und erfüllt!

Für 4 Tage ok.
5.0Gute Lage; Parkplatz am Haus (weil Parkplatzsuche sonst sehr schwierig) Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
− Die Haustür war oft verschlossen: Im Fall eines Brandes wäre man u.U. nicht aus dem Haus gekommen. Da gehört ein Knauf außen hin und keine Türklinke! Im Zimmer war zwar die Sockelplatte für einen Rauchmelder, aber das eigentliche Gerät fehlte. Bei der Lampe über dem Badezimmerspiegel fehlten beide(!) Glühbirnen.
Erster Eindruck von aussen war erwartungsvoll, aber dann brrrrr.
5.0Die Lage ist top. Paar Schritte und schon ist man im Zentrum und am Hafen. Die Mitarbeiterin bei der Abreise war total freundlich und hat sich Zeit für einen Plausch genommen.
− Zimmer war nicht gereinigt bei der Ankunft. Besonders das Badezimmer, überall Haare und verschmutzte Toilette. Extrem abschreckend. Entweder wurde das komplett vergessen oder so nachlässig gereinigt. Weiß nicht was schlimmer ist. Sollte nicht passieren. Kein Frühstück wird angeboten. Kein Personal bei Anreise. Gästekarte wurde erst bei der Abreise ausgehändigt. Nur Barzahlung.
