− Quarto tinha muita formiga, com paredes mofadas e o chuveiro estava passando corrente de energia elétrica; um absurdo!

9.0São 6 quartos no local. É bem bonito lá, mas ta precisando de reforma. O condomínio é bacana, seguro, mas parece que ta esquecido, por dentro as ruas são só buracos. Ficamos em um quarto que tinha um problema no chuveiro, mas a Joice prontamente nos permitiu mudar de quarto. Joice é fantástica, ajuda em tudo, ta sempre disponível no whats e tem todo um cuidado no café da manhã, tudo muito bem servido. Algumas coisas no quarto precisam de uma pintura já, uma mini reforma. Fica bem localizado, é rápido de carro pra chegar no centrinho, fica na rua do restaurante Idílico, da pra ir andando tranquilamente.
