10.0Jaime runt een schoon, rustig en net hotel. Het was heel netjes. De locatie is uitstekend. Dicht bij het centrum maar zonder dat je van de muziek van de barren kan genieten in de avond. Zwembad was heerlijk. Jaime is erg behulpzaam. Met het helpen van het regelen van excursies tot het helpen bij muggenprobleempjes.

10.0Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, avec un gérant vraiment aux petits soins. La literie est confortable et les petits déjeuners très bons et servis rapidement ! Je recommande à 100%

1.0− Me tome el tiempo de crear el siguiente video compartiendo mi experiencia, mostrando experiencias de otras personas (tanto nacionales como extranjeras) que van desde hace 7 años a la actualidad, donde se quejan por mal servicio por parte de este señor, esto muestra como el comportamiento grosero de este señor es algo consistente a lo largo de los años y que no es un hecho aislado, sino que le ha sucedido a diversas personas. Al final se ve como este tipo prácticamente nos hechó del hostal al hacer check out y me insultó a mi y a mi familia. https://youtu.be/ggjrGLIO9BM Me hospedé en este lugar con mi familia (mi esposa, mi bebé de 1 año, mis suegros y mi madre) durante 4 días. El lugar es sencillo y funcional, pero la experiencia se arruina completamente por el administrador (el señor Jaime), quien es grosero, altanero y agresivo. Existen múltiples quejas desde hace años que describen el mismo comportamiento. Siempre responde desacreditando a los huéspedes, pero cuando tantas personas coinciden, es difícil no creerlo. Incluso lo grabé cuando nos echó del hostel e insultó frente a mi familia. (este señor suele intentar justificar su comportamiento diciendo que la gente fue la problemática, que meten trago. En mi caso intentó decir lo mismo. Nos estuvimos de 7 a 10 pm (a la hora que nos indicó que nos debíamos retirarnos y lo cual hicimos), en el hostel, jugando un juego de mesa, tomando agua fría a lo cual este tipo dice que era trago, pero no entiendo, como nos pudimos tomar una botella de 6 litros de trago transparente, sin emborracharnos, jugando un juego de mesa y estar al siguiente día a las 7 am esperando el desayuno. Su trato es inaceptable: acosa, monitorea constantemente y parece molestarle que los huéspedes usen el lugar. No tiene ninguna intención de brindar buen servicio. Al compartir nuestra experiencia con otros hoteles, confirmaron que es conocido por su mal trato.
