CUCARACHAS Y RATAS EN LAS HABITACIONES
1.0El único punto positivo es la vista y ubicación de la cabaña
− Reservamos este alojamiento sabiendo que se trataba de un lugar sencillo, por lo que nuestras expectativas estaban acordes a la descripción. Sin embargo, la experiencia fue muy diferente a lo que esperábamos. Desde nuestra llegada comenzaron los problemas. Durante una lluvia, la habitación presentó filtraciones que terminaron mojando nuestras pertenencias. Además, encontramos cucarachas dentro del cuarto y las toallas que nos entregaron estaban visiblemente sucias. Tras informar la situación, nos cambiaron de habitación, pero la nueva presentaba problemas aún más graves: encontramos excremento de rata sobre una almohada. Durante la noche nos caminaron cucarachas por el cuerpo mientras intentábamos dormiríamos y pudimos matar una sobre la cama. También se escuchaban reiteradamente ruidos de ratas detrás de las paredes, especialmente en la zona de la cabecera. Debido a estas condiciones, no nos sentimos seguros utilizando la habitación. La situación llegó a tal punto que terminamos pasando la noche en la terraza del establecimiento, ya que no nos sentíamos seguros ni cómodos permaneciendo dentro de la habitación. Como consecuencia, prácticamente no pudimos dormir ni descansar. Desde el primer momento realizamos todos los reclamos de manera cordial y respetuosa, buscando una solución razonable. Siguiendo las indicaciones del establecimiento, realizamos el reclamo correspondiente y luego intentamos volver a dialogar directamente para que se nos reembolse la 2da noche que habíamos pagado de antemano y que no pudimos utilizar por las condiciones del lugar. Sin embargo, durante una conversación con quien se presentó como el responsable del lugar, Juan José, nos sentimos intimidados por el tono y la forma en que se dirigió a nosotros. Lejos de encontrar una solución, sentimos que nuestros reclamos eran minimizados.
