10.0Vše bylo přímo báječné - pohodlné ubytování, bohaté snídaně, skvělá kuchyně. Nejvíce nás však překvapil personál, který byl vždy profesionální, pozitivně naladěný a každý z nich se stále usmíval. Dovolenou jsme si opravdu užili. Moc děkujeme. Můžeme všem vřele doporučit.

4.0− Słaba obsługa, przy meldowaniu zamieszanie z pokojami , ponieważ jest tam też restauracja na miejscu skorzystalismy i byliśmy na obiado_kolacji , jedzenie przecietne a obsluga niezbyt sympatyczna . Poza tym po tygodniu dopraszania sie i przypominania wysłali fakturę za nocleg, chociaż przy wymeldowaniu obiecali ja przeslać od razu na drugi dzień, na email firmy. Oczywiście nie wyslali a na wiadomosci z bookingu nie reagowali , dopiero znajoma Czeszka pomogła uzyskać tą fakturę. Ponieważ juz nie pierwszy raz tam nasza firma zamawia nocleg, tym razem sie zawiedliśmy i rozczarowaliśmy, dużo sie zmienilo na minus w obsłudze a szkoda, bo sam hotel i restauracja są fajne , niestety ogolne odczucia psuja ludzie z obsługi.
