− Dyskwalifikuje ten obiekt arogancja właściciela. Śniadania są od 8:00 godziny do 9:00, natomiast wymeldowanie jest do godziny 10:00, zgodnie z umową na Bookingu. Więc zdumienie nasze było ogromne kiedy usłyszeliśmy ordynarne pukanie do drzwi o godzinie 9:25 i wybuch gospodarza żebyśmy zabierali się bo wymeldowanie jest do godziny 9:30. Kiedy powiedzieliśmy, że wymeldowanie jest do godziny 10:00 mężczyzna wskazał na jakąś kartkę wiszącą na korytarzu, na której jest napisane że wymeldowanie jest o 9:30. Równie dobrze na kartce mogłaby być napisana 8:00 rano jako godzina wymeldowania. Skoro wynajęłam ten obiekt na Bookingu powinny być godziny zgodnie z ustaleniami na tej platformie.

− Koch oder Chef, oder wer auch immer, hat nicht begriffen um was es bei Gastfreundlichkeit geht.
