1.0− Fogão antigo faltava um pé balançava oferecendo risco, leiteira com cabo solto risco de queimadura ao fazer café. Muitas frestas nas janelas e portas invasões de insetos. Ventilador muito empoeirado não foi possível usar com crostas de pó acumulado , teto de madeira na sala com cupim caindo em uma das camas. Não há possibilidade abrir janelas porta da varanda do quarto superior invasão de insetos seria bom colocarem telas pra insetos. Utensílios de panelas e fogão precários. As fotos não mostraram os detalhes que mencionados
