Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich und stets bestrebt, ihre Gäste zufriedenzustellen.

− Ich wollte die Unterkunft stornieren, da ich mich von meiner Partnerin getrennt habe. Selbst drei Wochen vor der geplanten Reise war es nicht möglich, die Reisekosten kostenfrei zu stornieren – insbesondere für Ischgl, wo die Nachfrage nach schönen Unterkünften stets hoch ist. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht von den Stornierungsbedingungen bei Booking.com.
