9.0Pertama kali nginep bareng keluarga disini. Hepi banget, meski dadakan, tapi kamar bener bener disiapkan dengan baik. Kamar bersih dan alat makan juga lengkap. Sudah dapat air minum galon di kamar. Untuk kompor, jika mau memakai nya bisa info ke loby supaya dipasang gasnya. Sarapan menu set, setiap hari beda beda. Kolam. Renang juga sangat bersih dan gak bikin mata sakit meski gak pake kacamata renang. Lokasi serasa di antah berantah, karena akses hotel agak lumayan jauh dari jalan raya dan melewati banyak pepohonan. Buat saya sangat menyenangkan dan menyegarkan mata. Pemandangan di pagi dan malam hari sangat indah Baru kali ini bisa liat pemandangan cikarang seindah itu. Next mau lagi staycation disini bareng keluarga 👍🥰🥰

6.0− 朝食のレベルが今一つ。 具体的には品数が少ない。 ドリンクの味が薄い。 部屋のガロン水、無名ブランドのローカル水でした。同室を利用する宿泊者の頻度も分からず、ウォーターサーバーの清潔度が不明の為、ウォーターサーバーのガロン水の利用はせず、ペットボトルのお水を利用。

10.0Kawana is a true hidden gem in cikarang. It takes about 2 - 3 hours from the airport depending on the traffic to reach the hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, greenary all around and a safe area. They do have a convenient store downstairs and a vending machine as well, although you might not find everything you need the other stores are just nearby. I was there for my honeymoon, and also birthday celebration. Everything was perfectly planned including a romantic dinner we separately paid for. It's was 1 million IDR with a 3 course meal and a birthday cake which was absolutely delicious. Special table decorations we made by the pool area and we had our privacy. For the honeymoon a bed decoration was made and they had a bath prepared which was absolutely stunning. My list of thanking is pretty long. First of all Ari, my sales agent was so helpful and always available. Starting from planning the trip to the end of the trip he was working to ensure i had a pleasant stay. He was available at any day at any time to answer my questions. Which was awesome, he was the first impression of the hotel to me and he was so attentive and caring, it already gave me an idea about the service quality of the hotel before i started my journey to Indonesia. And when i finally reached the hotel it turned out all the staffs were caring, kind, attentive and always ready to help. Starting from the car drivers to the receptionists to the housekeeping staffs all were so helpful and sweet.
− I would say it was a 3/5 for the breakfast option. Service was amazing, staffs were absolutely professional, food was amazing too. It's just they don't have many options. They had a set menu for every day, we could choose between Japanese, western or indonesian. All the western options included bread/toast, all the Japanese options included a type of fish i think that was cooked in a different style every day. And for the indonesian option it was only nasi gorang. I stayed a total of 2 weeks and there was a buffet breakfast for 2 days, in which they had the same food in the buffet, this time we just have to plate it ourselves. I think f&b team can do a way better job.
