10.0We had a wonderful stay at the Park Residence in the early summer of 2026. The staff were truly exceptional, catering to all of our needs and showing incredible hospitality. We asked for breakfast and were told it would be something simple since there were only 5 of us staying in the hotel only to be greeted by a massive spread of delicious food (highly recommend the strudel!). The owners were incredibly kind and thoughtful. The hotel is located in a quieter park of town but there is a grocery store and a couple small restaurants within a few minutes walk. It was nice to be a bit further away for the busy Pinzolo town center but it was still easy to walk there when needed. The inside of the rooms are clearly very newly renovated and very nice/comfortable. We will definitely return the next time we are in the area.

10.0Realtà familiare calda ed accogliente I giorni sono volati in questa struttura pulita e curata L'appartamento che ho abitato era dotato di riscaldamento a pavimento, parquet, ottima disposizione dell'impianto di illuminazione che permette di avere la giusta intensità proprio dove serve (non scontato), pentolame, stoviglie, frigorifero, microonde, bollitore rapido per the e tisane, divano letto e 2 TV. Lo staff è sempre disponibile e si accerta che tutto soddisfi il cliente Se tornerò in zona molto probabilmente mi appoggerò ancora a questa struttura
