Me gustaron sus instalaciones. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Ingresamos 4.30 am sin inconvenientes

I liked the location. The rooms were spacious. Although we did not dine in the restaurant nor use the pool it does have those two amenities.

− First of all I live in the states. I pay about one hundred and forty dollars on electricity a month. Some times a little more depending on the season. I leave the AC on at home. I knew I had to use moderation while at the Flamencos because they charge for electricity so I used reasonableness. I spent 7 days at the Flamencos only used two of the three AC units (the other unit was used in my kid’s room). The time we used the AC was from 9 pm until 8 am. We spent the majority of the time sightseeing and visiting family. Before leaving the apartment we ensured all AC’s were shut off and no lights nor fans were left on. I exercised caution because I knew we had to pay electricity. The second day into our stay we were notified by the receptionist that we are using an excessive amount of electricity? I became confused and questioned their system. To make a long story short. There was an issue with their system that required maintenance. We were moved to a different room. The receptionist said I would not be responsible for the charges that she found to be excessive. I asked her if she could give me an estimate of how much I would pay. So, I asked her if it would be 1000 USD or 100 USD. She laughed and said no that is too much money. Yeah right. At check out, the receptionist was not updated with what happened. He was going to charge me over one hundred US dollars. Even after I explained that the original room we were in over charged my electric use, he was not convinced. I even told him about the previous receptionist who told me I would receive a discount but he wanted to charge me no matter what. I urged him to call the other receptionist. He did. When he learned about the issue he still tried to increase the price. He said, “just because we had a faulty system does not mean you can get away without paying.” I told him I am not getting away without paying but if my business had a faulty system I would have some empathy and perhaps use better judgement.

Consiglierei questo posto se cerchi una location che abbia un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ha superato le aspettati

Posizione, staff, pulizia, grandezza degli spazi.

− Finestre non oscurate, entra molta luce di mattino e rende difficile il sonno.

Me gustó el área en general muy bien cuidado y limpio.

− No tiene un letrero en la vía principal de señalización, es difícil reconocer el hotel inmediatamente. Y deberían considerar incluir el precio de la luz junto con el precio de la estadía.

La piscina muy linda, el personal excelente... El departamento un poco basico, pero funcional, comodo. El restaurant en el complejo muy bueno pero bastante caro.
