10.0Our stay at Nova Luxury Suites was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all of our expectations. The rooms are beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and our room offered breathtaking views over the island. The private hot tub was a fantastic addition and made our stay even more special. Breakfast was delicious and served directly to our room every morning, which we really enjoyed. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and the location is perfect—peaceful and relaxing, yet conveniently located in the charming village of Pyrgos. What truly makes this hotel exceptional is its outstanding hospitality. Weeks before our arrival, the staff had already contacted us to make sure everything would be perfectly arranged for our stay, whether it was renting a scooter or booking a catamaran tour. Throughout our vacation, they continued to go above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. They made sure our breakfast was exactly to our liking, answered every question promptly, and were always happy to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived until the personal farewell on the day we left, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. We highly recommend Nova Luxury Suites to anyone looking for a relaxing and unforgettable holiday on Santorini. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
