9.0La atención de todo el personal, muy amable. La temperatura del agua de la pileta, ideal. El paisaje, especial. El desayuno básico y abundante. El restaurante ofrece una carta corta, variada, abundante y con precios muy razonables. No abren para almuerzos pero te dan la posibilidad de comprar comida frizada para que lleves y comas en otro lugar o vas a la base del cerro Catedral que esta a 400 mts. y algo encontrarás para comer, yo fuí en verano (fuera de temporada) y encontré siempre algo abierto para comer al mediodía. Hay lugar para dejar el auto dentro del predio del hotel. Todo muy bueno para volver.

6.0A hospedagem tem uma vista incrível, principalmente a area externa da recepção que é muito linda e aconchegante. O chuveiro aquece muito bem e o quarto estava bem climatizado. Para quem toma chimarrão basta pedir água quente na recepção. É uma pena que em relação ao valor fui cobrada 12 dólares a mais do que deveria, pelo simples fato que eles obrigam o hóspede estrangeiro a pagar o IVA quando na verdade nós devemos ser abonados. O valor do booking já sem o IVA, mas a hospedagem cobra, ainda que a gente fale.
− Não gostei da cobrança indevida, quando a recepcionista tentou passar 20 dólares a mais, eu questionei e ainda bem que meu cartão estava limitado. Depois na segunda tentativa ela garantiu que era o valor do booking, mas cobrou 12 dólares a mais. Me senti roubada pela hospedaria. Meu marido achou melhor não brigar, nem discutir e resolver na avaliação, pois a primeira chance de fazerem certo foi dada. Sobre a localização, para quem pretende passear no centro não vale a pena, fica longe e ainda tem dois caminhos de estrada de chão, um com 8km ou outro com 2km. Se for turista e não quiser ser cobrado injustamente, não vá, nem cogite se hospedar.
The worst experience of my life!
2.0DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE! I stayed for a week in August 2023 and it was one of the worst experiences of my life. The apt. it is very old and poorly maintained. The oven and burners are extremely old and neglected. It was losing gas and when I turned it on it EXPLODED! severely burned my hands and hair! It could have been worse if it weren't for the explosion that made Mr. jump back! or also if we went to sleep and that oven kept losing gas! I complained to the manager of the place who was rude, arrogant and arrogant, lousy attitude. They sent a technician who found that the oven had the safety valve coming out! In theory I fixed it but it wasn't like that! I complained again to the manager who got angry and denied it! We had to close the gas stopcock to be able to sleep there that night and ditmur vin windows open, despite the -2 degrees Celsius outside. The inn on the hill does not meet the minimum security requirements to be able to accommodate people. I have very serious burns and we had to leave the place before the week was over even though we had paid for it. Advice; DO NOT STAY IN THAT PLACE. It is dangerous
