9.0Loved staying in Asakusa! The apartment was in a perfect location: just a 15 minute walk from the station, yet far enough from the busy tourist areas to feel peaceful and calm. The apartment was also very spacious by Tokyo standards, especially with the balcony, and having a washing machine in the room was really convenient.
− The room had a bit of humidity, but the big window and the AC helped with that.

1.0O edifício tem elevador, o que é um ponto positivo para quem viaja com malas, o que foi o nosso caso. Oferecem escova de dentes, pasta e alguns goodies (tipo algodão e lâminas de barbear). A área do local é razoável, tendo em conta o tamanho dos quartos em Tóquio.
− Não compreendo as boas avaliações a este lugar, a menos que eu tenha tido mesmo muito, muito azar. Primeiro, a localização não é assim tão boa. Para a estação de Asakusa, ainda são pelo menos 15 minutos a pé, o que para quem viaja com malas grandes (que assumo ser a maioria dos viajantes) não é prático. Depois, e a principal razão pela minha nota baixa, é a limpeza do local e o cheiro. A primeira impressão que se sente assim que se entra no elevador é um cheio a mofo horrível, como se o local nunca fosse arejado. Depois, o quarto/apartamento em si, estava extremamente sujo. Eu já fiquei em sítios muitos modestos, mas limpos. Não era definitivamente o caso deste sítio. As paredes do sítio têm muita humidade, a casa de banho estava imunda e o chuveiro entupia ao ponto de a água sair para fora, o chão não estava limpo, a carpete no meio do apartamento estava muito suja (vimos cabelos, inclusive), as cortinas estavam caídas (e não existe blackout), a cama fazia barulho e o estrado estava solto, assim como as almofadas tinham manchas/nódoas. Somos obrigados a separar o nosso lixo (está nas regras), sendo que não nos é fornecido dois sacos para esse efeito, nem existe nada no apartamento que nos explique a fazê-lo, sendo que a separação do lixo no Japão é um pouco diferente do nosso país de origem. Este local parece um airbnb e por se chamar "hotel" acabamos por sentir que fomos um pouco enganados. Não existe recepção (ou seja, utilizar o serviço de takkyubin para o transporte de malas é impossível), não há nenhum tipo de limpeza durante os dias de estadia, as toalhas para trocar estão no primeiro piso, entro de um móvel de plástico com gavetas e a cozinha é muito pouco equipada (para quem tiver coragem de ali cozinhar).
