10.0Ubicado en pleno centro de Temuco, ideal para ir de paseo de compras. La cocina y baño muy bien equipados y la limpieza excelente
− No cuenta con una mesa y solo había una silla, lo que dificulta mucho que dos personas puedan desayunar en forma comoda. El departamento que nos tocó no tenia aire acondicionado, ventilador, ni cortinas oscuras para evitar la entrada de luz a la mañana, por lo que no lo eligiría para ir en época de verano.

Muy buen lugar para temuco moderno y bien ubicando se podrían mjorar detalles de confort
8.0Depende para que vayas está en pleno centro lo cual es muy bueno para compras Y la cochera si vas en auto fundamental ya que no se puede estacionar en la calle
− Faltarían algunas cosas de confort personal En tres días que estuve no repusieron elementos de tocador Y la cocina se podría mejora elementos de limpieza un rollo de cocina etc cosas que siempre hay en este tipo de dtos
