Wir hatten einen wundervollen einwöchigen Kurzurlaub Mitte Oktober 2025 in diesem Ferienappartement. Das Apartment ist perfekt für zwei Personen, alles ist neu renoviert und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der tolle Blick aufs Festland, der absolute Highlights des Aufenthalts war. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, sodass wir alles zum Kochen hatten, was wir brauchten. Bad und Toilette sind separat, was den Komfort zusätzlich erhöht.Der Ort ist ideal gelegen, um die gesamte Halbinsel bequem zu erkunden. Direkt hinter dem Hafen gibt es tolle kl. Badebuchten mit Sand und Felsen. Wir waren mit unserem Passat und Fahrrädern unterwegs. Wer keine eigene Ausrüstung dabei hat, kann im Haus auch Fahrräder mieten – sehr praktisch! Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist der nette Vermieter Petar, der direkt vor Ort wohnt. Er war sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar sein großes Kajak für einen Vormittag geliehen – ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mit fantastischem Blick.Wir können dieses Appartement nur empfehlen.

Es war schön, die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich und dank der Enkeltochter hatte unser Kind eine Spielgefährtin.

Strand (Privat) gleich gegenüber, lustige und freundliche Urlauber im Apartment ober uns. Tolle Grillabende. Es gab einen Grill vor Ort und Kühlschrank.

− Der TV hat nicht funktioniert und wir hatten einen Regentag. Sonst wär das egal.

Good one but far from great. It surely is not a 10 or 9. With some minor tweaks it could be an 8.

Location has a wonderfull view of the sea from the terrace. You can enjoy a private beach right acros the road, equiped with deck chairs and parasols. Owners are nice people - on the first day we realised that the dish washer does not work and on the very next morning they brought a brand new one. Every room has an air conditioner. Drače is a great starting point for wisiting sorounding places - we went to Dubrovnik, Mljet, Korčula, Ston and Orebić.

− There were nine of us so we had two appartments. The beach is acroas a road with moderate trafic without a crossing. FIRST APPARTMENT One of them (smaller on ground level) is more or less what you would expect according to photos on Booking.com except one can hardly escape a impression that it`s just a quickly renovated business area. The bedroom has a "window" looking to the living room without any glass so when you have a third person sleeping in living room there is no privacy of the bedroom. No internet in this appartment. Except for that everything is more or less OK. SECOND APPARTMENT The second one is on the first floor of the old part of the house. Before entering you get the feeling of a renewed house because the front doors and windows are new, the terrace from which you enter in the apartment is redecorated and has a great view, but once inside the apartment you can see that it is actually 30-40 years old with old woden windows, dors, and some older furniture. Not even close to the apartment on the ground floor. Windows are 40-50 years old - I know, I had ones like those in the house where I was born. Living room doors can only be closed if locked. Part of kitchen equipment is rather old - on the oven you can not see the dials and numbers so we had to google for a model and instructions so we can use it. TV in a bedroom does not work at all. It has two bathrooms and in one the drain wather from washing machine goes in to the bathtub. The internet is a disaster - we had to reconnect it and move the router to another location in the appartment so that we all could use it and it worked only in this appartment. TV is old and you can only watch local channels - no cable, IPTV or sat. To sum it up... everything is there, but the level of it is not even close to what you`d expect looking on the internet or even from the outside before entering the apartment.
